Role

Due to our continued expansion, CleaningMachines.ie are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our warehouse at the Claregalway Corporate Park. Working hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

The role includes all areas of warehouse operations including stock management, sales & service team support and a suitable candidate will have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude.

Previous experience is desired but is not a requirement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management (pallet, case and free form)

  • Goods inward/outward processing

  • Internal stock movement

  • Stocktaking

  • Stock Control (creation & maintenance of stock lists)

• Maintenance of rental and sales stock

• Support of sales and service teams

• Counter sales

• Warehouse cleaning & maintenance

• Showroom cleaning & maintenance

• Equipment checks

• Adherence to company SOPs

• Other warehouse based duties

The role covers diverse areas of operations including accounts, marketing, stock management, sales & service team support and a suitable candidate will have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude.

Previous experience is desired but is not a requirement.

Required Experience

• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude

• Strong ability to follow procedure

• Computer literacy

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Proven ability to coordinate own work in the context of a cross functional team

Desired Experience

• Previous Accounts Experience

  • MailChimp

  • eCommerce Platforms (Wordpress, Squarespace)

  • CRM Systems

  • Facebook Ads, Google Ads
