MI 46-30 PERFORMANCE is an innovative machine for washing and deep treatment of any type of flooring.

Built with quality materials such as an Aisi 304 steel frame, anodized and perforated aluminum pad holder base, Torx bolts, rubber anti-vibration mounts resistant to very high temperatures and stresses, super elastic wheels, IP 55 motor and electrical parts.

When we thought of building this machine, we strongly believed in an innovative project that was different from everything that exists today in the cleaning sector. From the beginning, our goal was to create a product that was powerful, high-performance and easy to use for anyone.

From the twenty-year experience of RR INTERNATIONAL comes the MI 46-30, an innovative rectangular machine for cleaning and treating any type of flooring, built with materials resistant to shock and corrosion. It is comfortable to use thanks to the total absence of vibrations. Its rectangular shape allows you to reach the most difficult points where traditional machines cannot reach.

The innovative rectangular machine MI 46-30 is suitable for treatments such as polishing, dewaxing, crystallization, micro-smoothing on marble, PVC, linoleum, rubber, concrete, stone, parquet, terracotta and stoneware. Also ideal for cleaning delicate surfaces such as carpets and rugs.

The head adapts to all surfaces, allowing you to work easily even on uneven floors, easily reaching edges and corners, where other machines cannot work, reducing both operator effort and working times to a minimum.

The machine can be equipped with a dust extraction system for wet or dry floor treatments.

Accessories supplied: non-marking wheels, tank, weights, cable, handle folding system, perforated pad holder plate (prepared for suction system), power socket for suction kit.

During transport, the machine allows for space containment thanks to the reclining handle.

This type of alloy is generally used in high technology, in the aerospace and chemical industries to ensure maximum resistance to corrosion. Extremely resistant, AISI 304 is a high quality stainless steel that boasts a particular brilliance that is maintained over time even in the most extreme conditions.

MI 46-30 boasts components built with a particular aluminum used in alloy with other elements such as magnesium and silicon that improve its properties. This alloy is mainly used for the construction of space frames and sub frames and anti-crash structures for cars, in construction and in pneumatics. The components are treated with 40 micron hard oxide capable of protecting them over time from any type of corrosion.

The Exclusive Anti-Vibration Mounts designed for the MI 46-30, resistant to very high temperatures, dampen 100% of the vibrations produced by the engine and the pad holder plate during processing on any type of floor. This innovative component prevents the formation of vibrations from the bottom to the top of the machine, ensuring excellent comfort during use.

FAST. Its high power and excellent balance allow you to obtain excellent cleaning results in a single pass. The rectangular shape allows you to perfectly clean edges and corners, reducing working times by 60%.

VERSATILE. The machine is versatile both in the working phase and in the transport phase despite weighing over 45 kg. The reclining handle optimizes the machine's overall dimensions to a minimum (only 40 cm high x 110 cm long).

Multiple floor cleaning and sanding operations can be carried out in the total absence of chemicals with a reduced consumption of H2O. The supplied motor guarantees power with low energy consumption. All materials are 100% recyclable.

Microfiber pads are ideal for carrying out all floor cleaning operations, both dry and with H2O, while melamine restores cleanliness to microporous surfaces such as stoneware, ceramic, concrete, PVC, etc.
